Drugs drag you down

Grade 11 and 12 students of the CARD-MRI Development Institute, Inc. (CMDI) attended the “Drugs Drag you Down”, a drug awareness and prevention seminar on 19 September 2018 at the school auditorium.

The seminar aims to increase the awareness of the Senior High School Students on dangerous drugs, its effects, and drug addiction. The speaker, Dr. Gina Lyn Salazar, enumerated the commonly abused drugs, addiction, and its effects. “Once you try it there’s no turning back”, she reminded the students but she also presented the ways to prevent drug addiction.
