MINDS Club conducts reading activity for National Reading Month 2019

The MINDS Club of CARD-MRI Development Institute Inc., (CMDI) Bay campus conducted a half-day reading activity on 29 November 2019 at the Rural Improvement Club- Children’s Center of Brgy. Tranca, Bay, Laguna. This is part of the National Reading Month celebration.

Club officers, members, and advisers who were the day’s “Ate” and “Kuya” facilitated various activities for the 30 children such as a morning exercise, basic reading, and coaching for those who have difficulty reading as well as drawing and coloring to enhance their creativity. The club also gifted the children with school supplies and reading materials.

This year’s theme is, “Magbasa’t Umunlad” which aims to promote and instill a love for reading especially for young children.

The MINDS Club get ready for their activity at Brgy. Tranca’s Rural Improvement Club- Children’s Center.
