AO Summit November 8-9, 2013

Account Officers from different units were given a chance to be acquainted with their fellow AOs and to reestablish their commitment to CARD through the Account Officers’ Summit held at the CMDI-Tagum branch during November 8-9, 2013.

Despite the unpleasant weather brought about by the Typhoon Yolanda, the summit pushed through. The first day of the summit let the AOs revisit the core values of CARD MRI and an assessment of their personalities and traits. They were also reintroduced to the ideal characteristics and values of an AO.

The next day was their transformational journey. With the help of Sir Feliciano Blanco as their resource person, the AOs found themselves transformed by refreshing their minds and hearts on the importance of their jobs as an AO.

Truly, the two day summit has been a transformational journey for the participants.
